The 2010 Valdosta State Baseball Media Guide is a publication of the VSU Sports Information Office. The guide was written and designed by Shawn Reed. Printing services were provided by Lewis Color of Statesboro, Ga. Photography was provided by Mike Featherstone of Featherston Photography (head shots and action) and Kevin Smith of PhotoCR.com action).

1984 45-14 NCAA, Division II Valdosta State, since becoming a member of NCAA’s Division II in 1974, has established itself as a baseball power. The Blazers won the national championship in 1979 and have made four other trips to the national tournament, including last year’s team which finished third in the nation.
